Damian Crock has enjoyed many years at the helm of this ever fascinating company: evolving from an idea inspired by a Sherrin Football, to an operation with over a dozen balloons and many more to come. Damian enjoys all aspects of the industry and loves seeing people enjoying the impressive fleet of hot air balloons.
Damian loves Australian Rules Football and the Collingwood FC, so it's no surprise his favourite balloon is "the Footy", a 92 foot replica of the official AFL match ball. In 2010 he delivered the 2010 AFL Premiership Cup from the Footy to the MCG in front of 100,016 fans. An equally memorable moment was the flight of the "Pot" - the Carlton Draught Special Shape - over the MCG during the 2008 Grand Final.
A dedicated family man - with wife Sarah and four daughters Emily, Lucy, Charlotte and Claudia he's a man of many talents. He is a practicing lawyer, and runs a production company, film studio and event management company.
Number cruncher Keryn oversees the day-to-day running of the Accounts department. Keryn is an integral part of Picture This Ballooning for 4 years already and she approaches her role with an astute mind, disciplined work ethic and an eye for detail.
Keryn laughs easily and enjoys working for Picture this Ballooning for our like-minded team and work culture.

Melbourne Crew Chief
Pete has been working with hot air balloons for many years and is a very experienced crewmember. He predominantly works with passenger balloons, and has also worked with all of Picture This Ballooning’s special shape hot air balloons. He has been Crew Chief for some of the leading pilots at the Australian Hot Air Balloon Championships.
Pete understands hot air balloons on all levels, from the important safety checks he looks after, to your overall experience on the day. He is the man that will drive you to you launch site, help you inflate the balloon, then pick you up and take you to a delicious champagne breakfast at No35 at the Sofitel Melbourne. Pete is a vital cog in our hot air ballooning team, and you will understand why once you have flown with us.
